I t...I read the whole story and I'm very impressed. I think its particularly realistic how in times of deprivation a person's mind comes to centre on acquring food.<br />The one thing that I would have liked to see is the story start a little earlier; I think that would have helped in charactor and plot development. As it opens the charactors have already toughened up or found some way to cope with the new reality; seeing the process (rather than being told about it later) would have been interesting.
